 Gov. Uba Sani Approves Implementation Of 2025 FGN-ASUU Salary Agreement For KASU Lecturers Kaduna State Governor, Uba Sani, has approved the implementation of the 2025 Federal Government of Nigeria–Academic Staff Union of Universities (FGN-ASUU) Salary Agreement for academic staff of Kaduna State University (KASU). The implementation, according to a statement issued by the governor’s media aide, Yunus Abdullah Yunus, will take effect from the October 2026 salary. The development is expected to affect the remuneration of academic staff of the state-owned university in line with the provisions of the 2025 salary agreement between the Federal Government and ASUU.

 Abiodun appoints Triple A ally, Ekelojumati as Senior Consultant


The Director-General of Ogun Team Triple A (O.T.T.), a leading political group within the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ogun State, Dr Mojeed Ekelojumati Oladele Rahman, has been appointed Senior Consultant to Governor Dapo Abiodun.


Dr Ekelojumati is a close political associate of Hon. Adekunle Akinlade. Their political relationship dates back to the 2018 Allied People's Movement (APM), before both returned to the APC a year ago.


His public service career began as the first Chief of Staff of Kosofe Local Government in Lagos State, where he served from 2008 to 2011. He was appointed Consultant to former Ogun State Governor Ibikunle Amosun in 2013 and later served as Chairman of the Association of Local Governments of Nigeria (ALGON), Ogun State chapter, in 2015. Between 2017 and 2019, he was a Commissioner in the Ogun State Civil Service Commission.


Before his latest appointment, Dr Ekelojumati was the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Eleke Projects and Development Limited, a Lagos-based company.


He is from Oke Agbo in Ijebu Igbo, Ijebu North Local Government Area of Ogun State. He holds a doctorate degree in Public Policy, with specialisation in rural capital development, poverty reduction and financial inclusion.
