 Madonna, 68, is spotted partying with boyfriend Akeem Morris, 30, and daughter Lourdes Leon, 29, after VMAs. The VMAs turned into a family night out for Madonna as she celebrated her return to the show. The 68 year old singer was spotted leaving Chateau Marmont in Los Angeles after an after-party with her boyfriend Akeem Morris, 30, and her daughter Lourdes Leon, 29.  Photos showed her smiling in the back seat of an SUV while her boyfriend of two years was in the front seat, with her daughter leaving separately in another car with a friend. Earlier that evening, Madonna made her first VMAs performance in 23 years, joining Sabrina Carpenter and Charli XCX on stage.  She wore a black silk robe over a deep red corseted bodysuit with black knee high boots and deep red fingerless gloves, her first performance at the show since the 2003 moment with Britney Spears and Christina Aguilera.  NIGERIA CORRECTIONAL SERVICE AND ARMY INTELLIGENCE DEEPEN COLLABORATION ON CUSTODIAL SECURITY


The Nigerian Correctional Service and the Nigerian Army Intelligence Corps have agreed to strengthen intelligence sharing and cooperation to improve custodial security and support national security.


In a statement, the Service Public Relations Officer, Jane Osuji, says the commitment was made when the Chief of Military Intelligence, Major General Hedima, led a delegation on a courtesy visit to the Controller-General of Corrections, Sylvester Nwakuche, in Abuja.


The Controller-General disclosed that the Service currently manages about 81,000 inmates, with approximately 65 per cent awaiting trial and more than 4,000 on death row. He stressed the need for stronger inter-agency cooperation to address increasingly complex security threats.


The Chief of Military Intelligence called for joint training, the designation of intelligence focal officers and prompt exchange of actionable intelligence between both institutions.


The Nigerian Correctional Service says the collaboration will also support rehabilitation programmes, including education, vocational training and deradicalisation, as part of efforts to strengthen national security.
