Marilyn Manson's sexual assault case by former assistant reinstated under new California law A previously dismissed sexual assault case against Marilyn Manson, filed by former assistant Ashley Walters, was revived Monday in Los Angeles Superior Court under a new California law extending the statute of limitations for certain sexual abuse claims. Judge Steve Cochran granted Walters’ motion for reconsideration, vacating his December 2025 ruling that had dismissed the case and allowing it to proceed toward trial. The original suit, first filed in 2021, accused Manson, whose legal name is Brian Warner, of sexual harassment, sexual battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and wrongful termination based on her time working for him in 2010–2011. Previous attempts to move the case forward were blocked because the claims were made years after the alleged incidents, with courts initially ruling that the delayed discovery doctrine did not apply. FUEL TANKER EXPLODED IN ABUJA.

the raging inferno at Conoil            Today thursday,a tanker which caught fire as it was discharging petrol at the con oil fuel station opposite the head quarters of Nigeria petrol corporation in the central business Area in Abuja.the explosion shook buildings several kilometers away and resulted in huge fire ball that can be seen around Abuja.NNPC immediately asked its workres to evacuate their offices.the explosion shattered glasses at nearby millennium Builders plaza.it was learnt that one person was injured by the splinter from the glasses at the plaza.workers in other offices around the petrol station also ran out from their premises while others immediately moved their vehicles away.men from the federal fire service deployed several trucks to put out the fire and control it from spreading to nearby total filling station.

 Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”. He said: “Our orders for four attack helicopters from the United States of America will take some time to arrive.
