 Anambra Govt Warns Against Purchase of Encroached Land at Trans-Nkissi By MaryAnn Chukwuma The Anambra State Ministry of Lands has warned members of the public against purchasing plots at TransNkissi Phase 1, behind the Federal Government Girls College, Onitsha, from persons claiming ownership on behalf of the Umuosodi family of Onitsha. The warning was contained in a public notice dated Sept. 28, 2026, with Ref. No. PS/ML/2026/CR/VOL.II/028 and signed by the Permanent Secretary, Mrs Nkeiru Mokwe, for the Commissioner. According to the notice, the Ministry became aware that persons alleged to be members of the Umuosodi family had invaded and commenced clearing portions of the land with the intention of selling them to unsuspecting members of the public. It said compensatory plots had been allocated to the family and other families in Onitsha before the current administration. LATE AUDU'S SON ''MOHAMMED'',NOMINATED BY THE APC TODAY TO REPLACE HIS FATHER.

                     Today thursday,late Audu Abubakar's first son 43 year old Mohammed was nominated by the All Progressive Congress {APC} in Kogi east to replace his father as the party's governorship candidate.The leaders,stakeholder and delegates who made this known in Lokoja to day thursday after a marathon meeting,sad they arrived at the decision after due consultations.Their spokesman,Mr Daniel Isah,the Vice Chairman of APC in Kogi East,said they have resolved and are determined to back Mohammed to replace his father if the National Working Committee orders fresh primaries.Isah thanked the independent National Electoral Commission and the national leadership pf the party for the opportunity given to them to find a replacement for Audu who died on November 23 at Ogbonicha,Ofu Local Government.He appealed to the national leadership of the party to give their decision utmost consideration and approval in the overall interest of the party and the state.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
