 U.S imposes sanctions on former Congo President Joseph Kabila The United States on Thursday imposed sanctions on former Democratic Republic of Congo President Joseph Kabila for his support of ‌Rwanda-backed M23 rebels and for fueling political instability in Congo's troubled east. The U.S. Treasury Department said M23 and its political-military arm, the Congo River Alliance (AFC), had been stoking violent conflict in eastern DRC, resulting in the deaths of thousands of civilians and a mass displacement crisis. Treasury said Kabila had provided financial support to the ​AFC in order to influence the political situation in eastern DRC, while encouraging DRC troops to defect and join AFC forces. ​It said Kabila was working to regain influence over the government by backing a candidate opposed to the current ⁠leader. LIL WAYNE IS NOW IN A STABLE CONDITION,AFTER HE SUFFERED A SEIZURE YESTERDAY IN HIS PRIVATE JET.

                     According to sources,Lil Wayne suffered a pair of seizures yesterday that forced two emergency landings in Omaha while the rapper travelled from Milwaukee to California on a private jet.According to TMZ,Wayne refused medical treatment after the first and was transported to the hospital after the second.The details surrounding Wayne's latest health scare a bit hazy.Last night,a rep confirmed to the press that Wayne is ''in stable condition''.A rep of Lil Wayne wrote ''As Wayne's reps,we can confirm that he did experience a minor seizure earlier this afternoon.Under the guidance of his own doctors,he is now in stable condition and good spirits.He thanks his fans for their everlasting support,prayers and well wishes''.The statement implies that Wayne suffered only one seizure.One more photo below.
