Refreshing your memory, Baba Ijesha was arrested and sentenced to 5 years imprisonment for raping a minor, who is the adopted daughter of comedian Princess. Giving an update on the case in a recent interview, he said Baba Ijesha’s appeal process is still ongoing in court. He claimed that there was no evidence that he slept with the hole; hence, the judge didn’t sentence him to life imprisonment. Yomi stated that Princess called Baba Ijesha to shoot a skit, and the girl also made a similar statement in court.       On Friday the 12th of October,2018. Princess Eugenie and Mr Jack Brooksbank are to be married at St George’s Chapel, followed by a reception at Windsor Castle. Singer-songwriter Andrea Bocelli and The Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, of which The Duke of York is Patron, will perform during the service and The Royal Philharmonic Orchestra. 
During the wedding service The Archbishop of York, The Most Revd. and Rt. Hon. John Sentamu, has written a personal prayer which will be included in the Order of Service for the Wedding. Princess Eugenie and Jack Brooksbank have asked cake designer Sophie Cabot to make their cake. The couple have chosen red velvet and chocolate cake, incorporating colours of autumn and decorated with ivy. Sophie said: “I’m thoroughly excited to be given this wonderful opportunity to create such a special and unique cake. It has been lovely working with Princess Eugenie and Jack and I really hope they enjoy the cake on the day''.More photos below.

 Actor Baba Ijesha appeals five-year jail sentence for sexual assault Nollywood actor Olanrewaju James, known as Baba Ijesha, has filed an appeal against his conviction for the sexual assault of a minor. He has requested the Court of Appeal, Lagos Division, to overturn the ruling of the Lagos State High Court, which sentenced him to five years in prison. The conviction was handed down by Justice Oluwatoyin Taiwo (retd.) of the Ikeja Domestic Violence and Sexual Offences Court on July 14, 2022 to Baba Ijesha. Baba Ijesha through his counsel Kayode Olabiran on Tuesday, told the appeal court that his client was set up and that he acted according to a script that he was invited to act on by his colleague. “The Appellant was set up. Namtira Bwala has threatened to file a lawsuit against the school authorities if her abusers are not punished within 48 hours. In a letter drafted by her lawyers, Deji Adeyanju and Co, Namtira asked the school authorities to immediately investigate and pronounce the stiffest punishments in the student’s rule book on Ms.Maryam Hassan, Miss Faliya, and nine other students who bullied her.
