 71-year-old landlord arrested for impregnating tenant’s teenage daughter The Ogun State Police Command said it had arrested a septuagenarian landlord, identified simply as Adesina, for allegedly defiling and impregnating his tenant’s 14-year-old girl (name withheld) at Akegbeyale Street in Ifesowapo Akute, Ifo Local Government Area of the state. PUNCH Metro learnt that the residents and other tenants were thrown into a state of shock when the septuagenarian suspect was found on Tuesday, April 9, 2024, having sexual intercourse with the 14-year-old girl at about 10:15 pm in the house bathroom. The minor, according to a police source who was part of the team that arrested the 71-year-old suspect but was not permitted to speak for the command, was said to have made her way to the apartment’s bathroom to take a shower. Ozubulu, Anambra state- born Nollywood actor, Zubby Michael whose birthday was on the 1st of February has reportedly ‘blown’ a whopping sum of N8,455,900.00 at his birthday party which held at an undisclosed Lagos night club on Sunday, 6th February, 2022.

The star-studded party was attended by Nollywood stars and music artistes, as seen in the videos and pictures shared by the celebrant on his Instagram page.
The socialites and Nollywood stars at the event were Kanayo O. Kanayo, Alex Ekubo, Ini Edo, Yul Edochie, E-money, Cubana Chief Priest, Uche Jombo, etc.
Music stars who graced the party included Davido, Olamide, Phyno, Portable, KCee, Rudeboy, and a host of others.

He also reportedly received a gift of a plot of land in Abuja from an undisclosed individual.

Namtira Bwala has threatened to file a lawsuit against the school authorities if her abusers are not punished within 48 hours. In a letter drafted by her lawyers, Deji Adeyanju and Co, Namtira asked the school authorities to immediately investigate and pronounce the stiffest punishments in the student’s rule book on Ms.Maryam Hassan, Miss Faliya, and nine other students who bullied her.
