 Russia launches massive drone and missile barrage on Ukraine, killing at least 18 civilians and striking Kyiv and multiple cities  Russia carried out a large-scale overnight assault on Ukraine, launching hundreds of drones and dozens of missiles that killed at least 18 civilians and wounded more than 100 others across multiple cities, officials said Tuesday. The strikes hit Kyiv, Dnipro and other regions, with emergency crews working through destroyed residential buildings where some victims were trapped under rubble. In Dnipro, rescuers recovered the bodies of a 3-year-old child and a mother and her 8-year-old son, while officials reported 12 deaths in the city and six in Kyiv. The bombardment stretched from night into daylight, with explosions reported across wide areas of the country. APGA Begins Distribution of Certificates of Return To Candidates



The All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA has commenced distribution of Certificates of return to its candidates for National Assembly.

The distribution happening at the National Secretariat of the party in Abuja saw elated candidates from different parts of the country coming to pick up their certificates. 

In an Interview with the ABS, some of the candidates including Honourable Chris Azubogu, who is vying for the Anambra South Senatorial Seat, Sir Eric Eze vying to represent Orumba North and South in the Federal House of Representatives, Alex Ikwueche vying for Aba North and South Federal Constituency among others harped on the need for the electorate to choose the candidate that will represent them well.

They reminded them that voting for the highest bidder would be akin to mortgaging their future and that of their children.

The distribution of Certificates of return which started yesterday, continues today and date for that of Governorship and House of Assembly candidates will follow at a later date.
