 Super eagles coach Eric Chelle has signed for a new sports agency to represent him henceforth.  Eric Chelle, head coach of Nigeria’s Super Eagles, has signed with a new sports agency to represent him going forward.  The move is expected to strengthen his professional management and strategic engagements within the global football space.

EFCC Arraigns Company, Siblings for Alleged N10m Fraud in Lagos

 The Lagos Zonal Command of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, on Tuesday, November 8, 2022, arraigned a company, Stelmart Nigeria Limited, alongside its Chief Executive Officer, Mathew Oluwafemi Moses, and Chief Operating Officer, Mathew Veronica Omolayo, for an alleged N10m fraud before Justice Mojisola Dada of the Special Offences Court sitting in Ikeja, Lagos.

They are being prosecuted by the EFCC on a nine-count charge bordering on stealing contrary to Section 285(9)(b) of the Criminal Law of Lagos State.

 Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”. He said: “Our orders for four attack helicopters from the United States of America will take some time to arrive. We have approached Turkey for assistance.” The President, however, stated that the delays were affecting the public’s perception of the administration’s commitment to addressing the security challenges.
