 Anambra Govt Warns Against Purchase of Encroached Land at Trans-Nkissi By MaryAnn Chukwuma The Anambra State Ministry of Lands has warned members of the public against purchasing plots at TransNkissi Phase 1, behind the Federal Government Girls College, Onitsha, from persons claiming ownership on behalf of the Umuosodi family of Onitsha. The warning was contained in a public notice dated Sept. 28, 2026, with Ref. No. PS/ML/2026/CR/VOL.II/028 and signed by the Permanent Secretary, Mrs Nkeiru Mokwe, for the Commissioner. According to the notice, the Ministry became aware that persons alleged to be members of the Umuosodi family had invaded and commenced clearing portions of the land with the intention of selling them to unsuspecting members of the public. It said compensatory plots had been allocated to the family and other families in Onitsha before the current administration.  Nollywood Actor Colleagues show support for Adeniyi Johnson following his suspension from AFRIMEK


Some of Nollywood actor Adeniyi Johnson’s colleagues have supported him following his suspension from AFRIMEK.


We reported two days back that The African Men Entertainment Kings (AFRIMEK), led by Femi Adebayo, had suspended Johnson indefinitely for gross misconduct and breach of the club’s constitution.


Reacting to the news on Sunday, Johnson expressed sadness that his honourable club made such a derogatory post about him. He stated that though he wasn’t bigger than the club, there had been Adeniyi Johnson before the club and the post they made about him could cause harm. He noted how such a post was detrimental to his name, his family and most importantly, his brand.


In his comment section, Joseph Momodu, Alesh Sanni, Bimpe Akintunde, and Bakare Zainab showed support for him as well as his fans.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
