BLORD IS OUT FROM KUJE PRISON AFTER PERFECTING ALL HIS BAIL CONDITIONS.(PHOTO).

So Linus Williams (Blord) has been released from Kuje prison after fulfilling his bail conditions, finally, freedom after a few weeks in custody. However, here’s the current position of his case:  He is still expected to show up and stand his trial.  If he fails to appear in court even for one day, his bail can be revoked and a bench warrant may be issued against him, meaning a return to Kuje. If the prosecution cannot prove the charges against him, he will be discharged and acquitted. If the prosecution proves the charges, he may be sentenced and sent back to Kuje. I think he should seek a peaceful resolution to the case. Congrats to him on his freedom for now.

A Connecticut woman had her friend fatally run over her very recent ex-boyfriend after sending the now deceased ex a chilling final message.

The fatal incident happened in July but officials finally made the arrests yesterday.

The pair were arrested in connection with the vehicle VS pedestrian death that occurred in July, after investigators found a message to the victim stating, "I warned you" just  minutes before the deadly crash.

20-year-old Abbigale Whipple and 21-year-old Logan Diaz-Lopardo (second and third picture below)  were involved in an accident on July 27th. On that date, both Whipple and Diaz-Lopardo were in a vehicle that veered off of the roadway onto the shoulder and struck 24-year-old Kevin Gangell (pictured first). The impact launched Gangell 70 feet and ultimately took his life.

After stricking Gangell, Diaz-Lopardo (the driver) struck a rock embankment sending Whipple (Gangell's ex-girlfriend) to the hospital for treatment of her injuries.

After the incident, Connecticut State Police began investigating the death of Kevin Gangell.  This investigation would uncover a shocking truth about the 2 people in the vehicle.

Whipple had been dating Gangell for over a year and the couple had been arguing the night before the fatal incident. During the course of the fight, Kevin Gangell blocked Abbigale Whipple's number. This sent Whipple into a blind rage that would ultimately end in Kevin's death.

Whipple admittedly contacted Logan Diaz-Lopardo (the driver) because he was "obsessed with her and would do anything for her".

Investigators recently found messages from Whipple to Diaz-Lopardo asking "can we beat his a** please" and also "I want him hurt".

The most damning piece of evidence came in the form of a Snapchat message sent to Gangell from Whipple only moments before the fatal incident which simply stated "I warned you".

After gathering all the evidence in the case, both Diaz-Lopardo and Whipple were arrested on Monday, January 13th.

Logan Diaz-Lopardo is being charged with manslaughter in the first degree with intent to injure, manslaughter in the first degree with grave risk of death and conspiracy to commit manslaughter.

Abbigale Whipple has been charged with conspiracy to commit manslaughter in the first-degree and accessory to manslaughter in the first degree.

Whipple's had bond set at $250,000. Diaz-Lopardo had bond set at $500,000.

Our thoughts remain with all of those who loved Kevin. He will be remembered as the friendly and sweet young man that he was.
