 Chawai Community Appeals To Gov. Uba Sani For Relief, Medical Support After Deadly Kauru Attack The people of Chawai Chiefdom in Kauru Local Government Area of Kaduna State have appealed to Governor Uba Sani to provide urgent relief and medical assistance to victims of the deadly attack on Naridon village in Kamaru Ward. In an open letter addressed to the governor, the community commended his leadership, describing his administration as inclusive and fair. They said this had given residents confidence that every community in the state is valued. The community, however, expressed concern over what it described as the lack of government intervention following the attack on Naridon village, in which it said 30 people were killed. According to the letter, many survivors and families of the victims are still struggling with grief, trauma, displacement, and the challenges of caring for those injured in the attack.  BENUE MAN COMMITS SUICIDE AFTER HE SOLD A PLOT OF LAND TO 3 BUYERS


 


A young man by name Mr Tartor Ayihe from Ayihe Village committed suîcide by taking snîpper earlier this evening after selling a plot of land to three different persons. Upon the Community Chief’s request, they all assembled for enquiry at his (Zaki’s Residence). He left the gathering with an excuse to get something in the house, he rather went to three different shops in search for snipper. He succeeded and went home, switched off his phone and drank the whole bottle of snîpper. Having waited for him for a longer time, the chief sent people to his house where it was discovered he drank snipper. He die.d on arriving at the hospital.
