Senator Orji Uzor Kalu Pledges Unwavering Loyalty to APC, Ready to Die for Party’s Victory

Senator Orji Uzor Kalu, representing Abia North, has vowed to sacrifice his life to secure victory for the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Abia State and beyond. Speaking to journalists at his country home in Igbere on Tuesday, the former Abia State governor reaffirmed his staunch commitment to the APC, declaring, “I am ready to lay down my life for the party.”

Kalu, a former Senate Chief Whip, emphasized the APC’s strength in Abia North and expressed confidence in the party’s ability to deliver the state for President Bola Tinubu in the 2027 elections. “APC is strong in Abia. Our party will work hard to deliver the President in the state. We have done it in the past, and we will do it again,” he stated.

Highlighting Tinubu’s achievements over the past two years, Kalu argued that the president’s track record is sufficient to win the support of Nigerians. He also addressed concerns about Nigeria’s economy, assuring citizens that Tinubu is diligently working to stabilize the naira and revive economic growth. “The economy needs time to bounce back. The President is working to ensure that the economy bounces back,” Kalu said.

The senator’s remarks underscore his deep loyalty to the APC and his optimism about the party’s prospects under Tinubu’s leadership.
