 COURT RESTRAINS RESIDENT DOCTORS FROM EMBARKING ON STRIKE  The national industrial court Abuja division has restrained all members and agents of the national association of resident doctors from calling, directing, organizing, participating in, and embarking upon any form of industrial action.  Justice Emmanuel Danjuma Subilim gave the order in an interim injunction filed by the federal government through the office of the attorney general of the federation and minister of justice.  The court temporally barred members of the association from embarking on any form of strike, work stoppages, go-slows, picketing, or any other form of industrial protest or disruption. The association is equally restrained from taking steps preparatory to any form of industrial action from the 12th day of january, 2026. 70YR OLD NIGERIAN DIES IN SAUDI ARABIA.

                                                                                     THE SOKOTO STATE DELEGATION TO THE 2013 HAJJ PILGRIMAGE TODAY IN SOKOTO SAID ONE OF ITS MALE PILGRIMS AMADU ACHIDA HAS DIED IN SAUDI ARABIA.HE DIED OCT 16,TWO DAYS AFTER THE ARAFAT AND HE HAILS FROM WURNO LOCAL GOVERNMENT OF SOKOTO STATE.HE WAS COMPLAINING OF BODY PAINS AT MUNA NEAR MAKKAH SHORTLY AFTER,HE WAS CONFIRMED DEAD AND THIS MADE HIM SO FAR THE ONLY PILGRIM FROM THE STATE WHO DIED DURING THIS YEAR HAJJ EXERCISE.HIS REMAINS HAD SINCE BEEN BURIED BY THE SAUDI AUTHORITIES AT MAKKAH  AFTER A FUNERAL PRAYER AT THE GRAND MOSQUE AT THE KA'ABAH.HIS FAMILY HAD BEEN DULY INFORMED ABOUT HIS DEMISE.
