 Over 25 million phones stolen in one year – FG The Crime Experience and Security Perception Survey report of the National Bureau of Statistics, a Federal Government agency, shows that Nigeria recorded 25.35 million phone theft cases between May 2023 and April 2024. According to the report, this was the most common type of crime within the period under review. The report read, “The number of crimes experienced by individuals in Nigeria was analysed over a period of time. The results show that theft of phones (25,354,417) was the most common crime experienced by individuals, followed by consumer fraud (12,107,210) and assault (8,453,258). However, hijacking of cars (333,349) was the least crime experienced by individuals within the reference period.” It also noted that most phone theft cases occurred either at home or in a public place, and about 90 per cent of such cases were reported to the police. ISLAMIC EXTREMISTS,CRUCIFIED 2 MEN IN PUBLIC..

Photos taken in the northern Syria town of Raqqa on Tuesday, appear to show two men being crucified in public. It could not be independently verified that the men were dead or how they had been executed              According to sources,the Jihadist Islamic state of Iraq and Levant has announced it has crusified two prisoners for fighting against muslims.They were crusified by Syrian rebels.They said it had executed a total of seven prisoners who they claimed had carried out a grenade attack on one of it's fighters earlier this month in the Euphrates Valley city of Raqqa.The group which has been disavowed by Al-Qaeds said on twitter ''Ten days ago,attackers on a motorbike threw a grenade at an ISIL figther at the Naim roundabout.A muslim civilian had his leg blown off and a child was killed.Our fighters immediately set up a road block and succeeded in capturing them.They were then able to detain other members of the cell''.The British based Syrian observatory for Human Rights posted a photograph of the two prisoners being crucified at the roundabout.More photos below.                                                                                                                     GRAPHIC CONTENT: Two men have reportedly been crucified by fighters from the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) in the northern Syrian city of RaqqaThe Britain-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights posted a photograph of the two prisoners being crucified at the roundabout with passers-by walking past apparently unfazedThe Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said they were not the first crucifixions by ISIL
