 PRESIDENT TINUBU CONGRATULATES MINISTER OF STATE FOR FOREIGN AFFAIRS AMBASSADOR ENIKANOLAIYE ON HIS BIRTHDAY   President Bola Tinubu has congratulated the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Sola Enikanolaiye, on his birthday.    A statement by Bayo Onanuga, Special Adviser to the President, Information and Strategy, indicates that the President describes Ambassador Enikanolaiye as a distinguished diplomat, accomplished administrator and dedicated public servant whose career reflects professionalism, patriotism and a deep commitment to Nigeria.   Ambassador Enikanolaiye served in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs from August 1982 to August 2017, rising through the ranks to become Permanent Secretary. NO RIFT BETWEEN DIEZIANI ALISON AND ANDREW YAKUBU-NNPC.

              According to a national news paper,the Nigerian Petroleum Corporation {NNPC} has said that their is no rift between the Minister of Petroleum Resources,Mrs Dieziani Alison Madueke,and the Group Managing Director of  NNPC, Mr Andrew Yakubu.The clarification was contained in a statement issued on Sunday by the Group General Manager,Public Affairs Division of NNPC,Mr Ohi Alegbe.The statement said the Minister and GMD were in harmonious working relationship and dismissed insinuations of a frosty relationship between the two.It alsi denied that the minister was doing everything to thwart the proposed investigation into the alleged N10billion purportedly spent on the charter of jets by the corporation.The statement said further that the minister and corporation were putting together all the documents that the National Assembly requested for in the matter and added that at the end of the probe minister and corporation would be vindicated.It also said that all agencies in the ministry were working in concert with other key downstream operators to ensure the realization of the zero fuel ques aspiration of the minister.
