 Press Release: Every Hisbah Officer Is a Peace and Security Ambassador in His Community. Kano State Governor Alh.Abba Kabir Yusuf has reaffirmed the determination of his administration to ensure security and peace  for the protection of lives and property across the state. The Governor, represented by the Commissioner for Religious Affairs, Sheikh Ahmad Tijjani Sani Auwal, made the commitment during a stakeholders meeting on the contribution of shari'a sector institutions toward promoting peace and security in Kano State. The meeting was organized by the Kano State Hisbah Board and held at the Coronation hall Government House, Kano. He emphasized that security is a collective responsibility and urged the Hisbah Board to focus more on providing intelligence reports to conventional security agencies, rather than limiting efforts to moral enforcement alone.                      Few hours ago in Nigerian time,Kim Kardashian took to her social media page to post a cartoon picture of herself,Kanye West,North West and their new born son Saint West,with the caption ''Saint West'',meaning thatis the name of their new born son.According to sources the couple left the Cedars-Sinai in Los Angeles today with their second child in a silver Range Rover and it was not mentioned which home they were headed to.They could be going back to Kris Jenner's mansion in Hidden Hills,which neighbor's Calabasas.That is where Kim has been staying as her $20m home goes through another sweep of renovations.The couple stayed in Kris Jenner's house when North West was born,and it is where several episodes of Keeping up with the Kardashians have been filmed.More photos below.                                                                                                                              Family of four: This comes the day after the two shared the name of their little boy and announced on kimkardashianwest.com he was born at 8 pounds, 1 ounceSo easy to make fun of these two: Another meme was called Son Of Yeezus
