Marilyn Manson's sexual assault case by former assistant reinstated under new California law A previously dismissed sexual assault case against Marilyn Manson, filed by former assistant Ashley Walters, was revived Monday in Los Angeles Superior Court under a new California law extending the statute of limitations for certain sexual abuse claims. Judge Steve Cochran granted Walters’ motion for reconsideration, vacating his December 2025 ruling that had dismissed the case and allowing it to proceed toward trial. The original suit, first filed in 2021, accused Manson, whose legal name is Brian Warner, of sexual harassment, sexual battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and wrongful termination based on her time working for him in 2010–2011. Previous attempts to move the case forward were blocked because the claims were made years after the alleged incidents, with courts initially ruling that the delayed discovery doctrine did not apply.   According to one of my reporter Chinenye Genevieve,who is reporting today that ''Married Woman Caught Pants Down With Her Ex, Who Is Also Married, Are Paraded Naked And Beaten In Enugu   
      A married woman was allegedly caught having sex with her ex, who is also a married man, and they were stripped and humiliated in their community in Enugu. The incident happened yesterday in Amokwe village, in Oduma, Aninri local government area, Enugu state. According to reports, the married man left his village and journeyed to Amokwe to meet with his ex who is now a married woman. But neighbors alerted the woman's husband and the couple were caught having sex in the woman's matrimonial home. The infidelity angered the woman's husband who then tried to cut off his rival's penis but was held back by locals. The woman and her lover were then stripped, beaten, and paraded by community leaders who said this is the first time such an abomination will be happening in the community. The married man was also made to walk about with wedding photos of his married lover hanging from his neck''.Yes she was caught naked,but I don't think they have the right to parade her naked.More photos below.

 Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”. He said: “Our orders for four attack helicopters from the United States of America will take some time to arrive.
