 Former NYSC DG Recounts Harrowing Experience with Hyenas in Kidnappers' Den Maharazu Tsiga, the former Director-General of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), has shared a chilling account of his 56-day ordeal in captivity. Tsiga was abducted on February 5, 2025, from his hometown of Tisga in Katsina State and was rescued on Wednesday. Speaking in Abuja during the handover of 19 rescued victims to their families, Tsiga described how he and other hostages were held in a dense forest surrounded by hills, teeming with dangerous animals. "A day before I left, we saw hyenas parading, searching for food. And what kind of food? Us, human beings," he recounted. Tsiga revealed that the kidnappers used high-profile captives as human shields during aerial attacks. He also shared a harrowing experience where a rocket aimed at them failed to explode.  FIVE NATIVE DOCTORS SURRENDERS THEIR LIVES TO GOD AS HRM KING APOSTLE CHINYERE ORGANIZED MONTHLY FASTING AND PRAYERS IN OHANKU COMMUNITY.



There was  great Joy and excitement today, Monday 1st April 2024 in Ohanku ancient kingdom as five native doctors gave their lives to God and totally surrendered their shrines. 

The event took place in  Ohanku community during a monthly fasting and prayers organized by  His Royal Majesty King Apostle Chibuzor Gift Chinyere who is the King of Ikwuorie Autonomous community. 


His Majesty on acceptance of staff of office declared 1st day of every month as fasting and prayers in Ohanku community. He also announced a global crusade in April for the total cleansing and liberation of the community. 


Recall that Ikwuorie Autonomous community in Ohanku Ndoki have been without a king for the past 10 years. The community needed someone who will stand on the gap for them. They needed someone who will advance peace, progress and development in the community. They finally choose Apostle Chinyere as their choice which was rejected by the Man of God. After contact pleading, on 3rd January 2024, Apostle Chinyere accepted to serve his people in that capacity as their King. 


Since his acceptance to the  throne, even before he received his staff of office from the Governor of Abia State, Dr Alex Otti OFR, His Royal Majesty King Apostle Chinyere has taken a bold step to restore peace in the entire community.


For instance His Royal Majesty King Apostle Chinyere felt concerned about the rate at which Many families are dying and many houses closed down with weeds which was traceable to SHRINE SUMMONING. He called all the families involved for Peace Accord. Within three days he embarked upon this peace settlement, His Royal Majesty King Apostle Chinyere reconciled not fewer than 50 families with age long shrine summoning cases. Today there is not shrine cases in Ohanku community.

 Actor Baba Ijesha appeals five-year jail sentence for sexual assault Nollywood actor Olanrewaju James, known as Baba Ijesha, has filed an appeal against his conviction for the sexual assault of a minor. He has requested the Court of Appeal, Lagos Division, to overturn the ruling of the Lagos State High Court, which sentenced him to five years in prison. The conviction was handed down by Justice Oluwatoyin Taiwo (retd.) of the Ikeja Domestic Violence and Sexual Offences Court on July 14, 2022 to Baba Ijesha. Baba Ijesha through his counsel Kayode Olabiran on Tuesday, told the appeal court that his client was set up and that he acted according to a script that he was invited to act on by his colleague. ā€œThe Appellant was set up.
