PARENTS ARRESTED AFTER THEIR 3-YEAR-OLD WAS FOUND COLD AND CRYING ON THE ROOF OF THEIR HOME.(PHOTOS)

 Parents arrested after their 3-year-old was found cold and crying on the roof of their home. At 11:45 a.m. on April 10th, officers in Glenville, West Virginia responded to a local home. Once on scene, officers observed a small child who was in distress on the roof of the home. According to responding officers, the child was "hunched over from the cold rain, crying and scared". The officers on scene made entry into the home, and after unlocking several doors and smashing a window, were able to rescue the child from the roof.  The child  was determined to be a 3-year-old boy. While inside of the home, officers also discovered another young boy. The second child was in a crib inside of a locked room... Officers reported both children were "covered in feces from the waist down". They also stated there was fecal matter caked on the walls and appeared to have been that way for a long time. PRESIDENT TINUBU APPOINTS DANJUMA ISMAILA TO HEAD THE NIGERIAN COLLEGE OF AVIATION TECHNOLOGY


19th February, 2025  

 

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has appointed Dr Danjuma Adamu Ismaila as Rector and Chief Executive of the Nigerian College of Aviation Technology (NCAT), Zaria.

 

Dr. Ismaila, an expert in air transportation management, transport economic policy, and aviation security, graduated from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, with a degree in Physics in 1989.

 

He also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Transportation and has attended many courses, workshops, and seminars on civil aviation management and transportation.

 

He is a member of the Royal Aeronautical Society, the UK, and the Air Transport Research Society, among others.

 

Before the appointment, Dr Ismaila was a lecturer at the Federal University of Transportation, Daura.

 Actor Baba Ijesha appeals five-year jail sentence for sexual assault Nollywood actor Olanrewaju James, known as Baba Ijesha, has filed an appeal against his conviction for the sexual assault of a minor. He has requested the Court of Appeal, Lagos Division, to overturn the ruling of the Lagos State High Court, which sentenced him to five years in prison. The conviction was handed down by Justice Oluwatoyin Taiwo (retd.) of the Ikeja Domestic Violence and Sexual Offences Court on July 14, 2022 to Baba Ijesha. Baba Ijesha through his counsel Kayode Olabiran on Tuesday, told the appeal court that his client was set up and that he acted according to a script that he was invited to act on by his colleague. “The Appellant was set up.
