 PRESIDENT TINUBU CONGRATULATES MINISTER OF STATE FOR FOREIGN AFFAIRS AMBASSADOR ENIKANOLAIYE ON HIS BIRTHDAY   President Bola Tinubu has congratulated the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Sola Enikanolaiye, on his birthday.    A statement by Bayo Onanuga, Special Adviser to the President, Information and Strategy, indicates that the President describes Ambassador Enikanolaiye as a distinguished diplomat, accomplished administrator and dedicated public servant whose career reflects professionalism, patriotism and a deep commitment to Nigeria.   Ambassador Enikanolaiye served in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs from August 1982 to August 2017, rising through the ranks to become Permanent Secretary.  Kaduna Police Arrest Suspected Kidnappers Who Developed Romantic Feelings For Their Victims


Two suspected kidnappers, who reportedly developed romantic feelings for their victims, have been arrested in Kaduna.


The suspects allegedly abducted and sexually assaulted two married women during their captivity.


In a bid to survive, the women reportedly pretended to reciprocate the kidnappers’ feelings, even claiming they were enjoying the encounters, which led to an exchange of phone numbers.


After their release, the women continued to communicate with the suspects. On Tuesday, they arranged a meeting under the guise of a romantic encounter. 


Acting on prior information, police apprehended the two suspects at the meeting location.
