                            Chinenye Genevieve is taking us on a little tour of her makeup and gele pictures and what inspired her.Remember the last post on her makeup segment she shared photos of herself and her client that just got married,so today she sent in this photos with the caption ''This m,akeup and gele done by me was inspired for my love for red and purple because red is my favourite colour because it do blend well on me and makes one to stand out in the crowd because it's shouting colour.I went to a naming ceremony of a friend and there was no colour of the day.So I dressed like an Igbo woman that I am.I wore a red blouse,tied a purple George and matched it with purple gele.So I wore red heels and pai it with purse.For my finishing look it put on bold necklace and earings.For your makeup and gele styling call 08033495779''.More photos below.

 Actor Baba Ijesha appeals five-year jail sentence for sexual assault Nollywood actor Olanrewaju James, known as Baba Ijesha, has filed an appeal against his conviction for the sexual assault of a minor. He has requested the Court of Appeal, Lagos Division, to overturn the ruling of the Lagos State High Court, which sentenced him to five years in prison. The conviction was handed down by Justice Oluwatoyin Taiwo (retd.) of the Ikeja Domestic Violence and Sexual Offences Court on July 14, 2022 to Baba Ijesha. Baba Ijesha through his counsel Kayode Olabiran on Tuesday, told the appeal court that his client was set up and that he acted according to a script that he was invited to act on by his colleague. “The Appellant was set up. The Appellant is an actor. He acted in a script that he was invited to act by his colleague (PW1), Damilola Adekoya,” he said.
