Former Governor of Anambra State and presidential candidate, Mr. Peter Obi, has reaffirmed his commitment to education with the laying of the foundation stone for the Sacred Heart Primary and Secondary School in Ozubulu. Obi performed the ceremony alongside the Papal Nuncio to Nigeria, Archbishop Jude Thaddeus Okolo, describing the event as deeply fulfilling and a strong reminder of the transformative power of education in society. He announced his decision to support the school project through monthly financial subvention until its completion, noting that the gesture is aimed at ensuring the realization of the school’s vision, particularly for children who may lack access to quality education. According to Obi, meaningful development is anchored on shared responsibility and sustained commitment.  ...

Image may contain: 1 person, standing and outdoor                                            It is not every Aso Ebi colour you will buy, once you have the colour in your box or wardrobe you don't need to buy it again, except you believe that it is compulsory for all your family members to wear it or you don't have it at all.Now for the sake of those people that don't know what Aso Ebi is,it is the attire or outfit sold by a friend,a family member,or sibling, during weddings, birthday, burial ceremony etc.People wear the same outfits to show you that they are related or very close friends to the family. But now it has been bastardize even those that don't know the celebrant now wear Aso Ebi either just to socialize in the event or other motives best known to them.If you have a similar colour, and you believe you have it,why waste money to buy a similar or replica material?.With time you might get broke trying to buy every other Aso Ebi in town just to please people, live within your means, and if you believe you have too much money, why do you want same materials with different designs lying about in your wardrobe. On saturday i attended a wedding with my sister, and the colour of the wedding is green and gold.Ok yes we know the bride and groom likewise every other person attending the event,so we decided to spare our N75k we would have bought the Aso Ebi and we rocked the green and gold we have and we looked take away and the wedding was a 5 star wedding. On sunday I wore a wine red long gown, with a multicolour design in front and back on a straight line.I paired it with same colour of wine red shoe and purse with a green and white stud necklace.More photos below.
