 PRESS RELEASE FCT POLICE RESCUE SUSPECT FROM JUNGLE JUSTICE OVER ATTEMPTED ABDUCTION OF 5 YEAR OLD CHILD. …CP FCT Condemns such acts as it delays the course of justice The FCT Police Command, on the 4th of October 2026 at approximately 02:46PM, received a distress call reporting that an unidentified adult male was being assaulted by an angry mob over an alleged attempt to abduct a child. Following receipt of the report, police operatives from Kuje Division were immediately dispatched to the scene, where one Bashir Usman was rescued from an irate mob that was about to lynch him. Preliminary investigations revealed that the suspect was being assaulted by the mob over allegations that he attempted to abduct a five year old child in front of her residence in Angwan Lado, Kuje Area Council of the FCT. PRESIDENT BUHARI COMMISERATES WITH DAME ADAORA UMEOJI ON MOTHER’S DEATH



President Muhammadu Buhari commiserates with Dame (Dr) Adaora Umeoji, the Deputy Managing Director of Zenith Bank, and the entire family of Umeoji of Aku Village, Anambra State on the passing of their beloved mother and matriarch, Chief Lady Ngami Umeoji, KSJI, (Adagbaodu 1).


“Mama” as she was fondly called was indeed a towering personality.


Her passion and commitment to humanity, advancing the good in others resonated in the church, education field and the local community, where she touched the lives of the less privileged, and especially widows, in the society.


“While her transition has left a void too difficult to fill, I urge the family to be unwavering in advancing her ideals and take solace in the truism that her memory will always be a blessing.


“I pray that God Almighty will grant her soul peaceful rest and equally grant all her children, grandchildren, numerous friends and relations the fortitude to bear the loss. 


"Kindly accept my profound condolences," the President said.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
