 PRESIDENT TINUBU CONGRATULATES MINISTER OF STATE FOR FOREIGN AFFAIRS AMBASSADOR ENIKANOLAIYE ON HIS BIRTHDAY   President Bola Tinubu has congratulated the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Sola Enikanolaiye, on his birthday.    A statement by Bayo Onanuga, Special Adviser to the President, Information and Strategy, indicates that the President describes Ambassador Enikanolaiye as a distinguished diplomat, accomplished administrator and dedicated public servant whose career reflects professionalism, patriotism and a deep commitment to Nigeria.   Ambassador Enikanolaiye served in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs from August 1982 to August 2017, rising through the ranks to become Permanent Secretary. POLICE ARRESTS MAN WHO LURES LADIES TO HOTELS WITH A PROMISE TO GET THEM A JOB AND THEN RAPES THEM.(PHOTO).

Police arrests man who lures ladies to hotels with a promise to get them a job and then r@pes them

Operatives of SWAT Bayelsa State Police Command have arrested one Joseph Godfrey, 50 years, for allegedly luring unsuspecting female job-seekers to a hotel and s€xually assaulting them.

A statement released by the spokesperson of the state police command, ASP Asinim Butswat, says the suspect usually disguised as a staff of Government House, Yenagoa and lured his victims with the promise of Job opportunities and employment.

Butswat said the suspect ran out of luck on 10th October 2022 at about 1300 hours, when one of the girls raised alarm and he was arrested at Opolo, Yenagoa.

He said the suspect is being interrogated by Police operatives while investigation is ongoing.
