Drying Vibez Parts Ways With Record Label

Renowned Nigerian musician, Balogun Afolabi Oluwaloseyi, better known as Seyi Vibez has parted ways with his record label, Dapper Music.

A check on Seyi Vibez’s social media page showed that the 24-year-old singer and the record label have unfollowed each other.

We understands that Seyi Vibez’s decision to leave the record label came after the artist faced significant backlash on social media from Nigerians residing in Toronto, Canada, due to his abrupt cancellation of a scheduled performance.

In response to this situation, Seyi Vibez updated his social media biography on Sunday to reflect his new status as an “Independent artist” and removed all previous posts.

This change marks the beginning of his journey as an independent musician.

Recently, Seyi Vibez released the official video for his song ‘Lagos.’ The piece speaks about a story of love, betrayal and survival.
