 COURT RESTRAINS RESIDENT DOCTORS FROM EMBARKING ON STRIKE  The national industrial court Abuja division has restrained all members and agents of the national association of resident doctors from calling, directing, organizing, participating in, and embarking upon any form of industrial action.  Justice Emmanuel Danjuma Subilim gave the order in an interim injunction filed by the federal government through the office of the attorney general of the federation and minister of justice.  The court temporally barred members of the association from embarking on any form of strike, work stoppages, go-slows, picketing, or any other form of industrial protest or disruption. The association is equally restrained from taking steps preparatory to any form of industrial action from the 12th day of january, 2026. WIFE ALLEGEDLY MURDERED HUSBAND AT MALUNGANE VILLAGE IN NAMAKGALE. (PHOTOS).


  Wife allegedly murdered husband at Malungane village in Namakgale 


A 52-year-old woman, Orscarin Selina Hlungwani, has been charged with murder for allegedly killing her husband, Soyaphi Moses Hlungwani (63) also known as Shaka, at Malungane village in Namakgale. 


After his first wife passed away, Hlungwani moved to Malungane village with Selina. The couple got into a fight on August 27, leaving Shaka bruised and lying on the floor. The family reported the incident to Namakgale police the next day at 1 pm.


Selina initially appeared in court on August 30, 2024, for a formal bail application but was denied. She was denied bail again on September 4, 2024, but eventually granted R1000 bail on September 10, 2024.


The late Soyaphi Moses Hlungwani was born in Nsavulani village, outside Giyani, and later relocated to Phalaborwa for work at Palabora Mining Company (PMC), a major copper producer in South Africa.
