 NDC STATEMENT ON COURT RULING Our attention has been drawn to a ruling by the Federal High Court sitting in Lokoja this morning, wherein His Lordship, Honourable Justice Isah Dashen, gave a ruling on an application filed by an unregistered association known as Peace Movement Party. The public knows that by December 2025, the Nigeria Democratic Congress  as an association complained of INEC’s refusal to register us as a political party, whereupon we proceeded to the Federal High Court. The Federal High Court upheld our constitutional right to freedom of association under the Constitution and compelled INEC to register us, which INEC did. Since then, we have started political activities, embarked on the registration of members, held congresses from ward to national levels, held conventions, and concluded primaries to all offices following INEC’s timetable.  APC will claim Rivers, Bayelsa, Delta, A’Ibom – Akpabio


Senate President, Godswill Akpabio has disclosed why he defected from the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, to the All Progressives Congress, APC.

Akpabio said he defected to APC to ensure that the ruling party claims all the states in the South South ahead of the 2027 elections.

The Senate President spoke while receiving Governor Monday Okpebholo of Edo State at his residence in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State capital.

In a statement by his Special Assistant on Media and Communication, Anietie Ekong, Akpabio said winning the states would change the developmental trajectory of the South South region for good.

He said: “Under the APC administration, many of us decided there was need for us to change the political basket to enable us to represent our people at the national level and also have a say in what was going on in the country.

“So, when I made that strong movement to the APC, it was to move our people in the South South region to the centre.

“With the current political permutations, going by all available indices, the ruling APC is poised to bring more states into its fold.”

The PDP controls Akwa Ibom, Rivers, Bayelsa and Delta States, while the APC controls only Edo State.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
