 NDC STATEMENT ON COURT RULING Our attention has been drawn to a ruling by the Federal High Court sitting in Lokoja this morning, wherein His Lordship, Honourable Justice Isah Dashen, gave a ruling on an application filed by an unregistered association known as Peace Movement Party. The public knows that by December 2025, the Nigeria Democratic Congress  as an association complained of INEC’s refusal to register us as a political party, whereupon we proceeded to the Federal High Court. The Federal High Court upheld our constitutional right to freedom of association under the Constitution and compelled INEC to register us, which INEC did. Since then, we have started political activities, embarked on the registration of members, held congresses from ward to national levels, held conventions, and concluded primaries to all offices following INEC’s timetable.  Governor Dapo Abiodun Signs 2025 Appropriation Bill Into Law


Governor Dapo Abiodun has officially signed the 2025 Appropriation Bill into law, solidifying his administration’s commitment to advancing Ogun State’s development agenda. The budget, titled the “Budget of Hope and Prosperity,” aims to drive sustainable growth, improve service delivery, and foster inclusive development across all sectors of the state.


During the signing ceremony at the Governor’s Office in Abeokuta, Governor Abiodun emphasized the budget’s focus on consolidating progress in critical areas such as infrastructure, education, healthcare, agriculture, and industrialization. He noted that it also opens new pathways for economic growth and human capital development.


“This budget represents the collective aspirations of the people of Ogun State. It embodies our unwavering commitment to delivering on our promises and ensuring every resource is utilized effectively for the benefit of all,” the Governor stated.


Governor Abiodun commended the Ogun State House of Assembly for their dedication and timely passage of the budget, describing their efforts as a testament to their shared vision for the state’s progress.


As the implementation phase begins, the Governor assured citizens of his administration’s steadfast commitment to transparency, accountability, and inclusive governance. He urged all stakeholders to support the government in actualizing the goals of the 2025 budget.


The “Budget of Hope and Prosperity” is poised to propel Ogun State toward greater economic stability and enhanced quality of life, reinforcing its position as a leader in sustainable development.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
