 Prince Harry leaves African Parks board after charity admitted rangers committed human rights abuses Prince Harry has left the board of African Parks after nearly a decade with the conservation charity, a year after the organization acknowledged that some of its rangers had committed human rights abuses. A spokesperson for Harry, 41, confirmed his departure while emphasizing that his work in African conservation will continue. “The Duke is proud of his 10 years with African Parks and fully supports the ongoing strengthening of its Board,” the spokesperson said. “His commitment to conservation in Africa continues, and he remains a supporter of African Parks’ mission.” Harry first partnered with African Parks in 2016 and became president of the organization the following year.  Kate Middleton Unexpectedly Joins Prince William at a Holocaust Day Memorial, as King Charles Visits Auschwitz

Kate Middleton hadn't initially been confirmed to join Prince William at a service commemorating the 80th anniversary of the liberation of the Auschwitz-Birkenau concentration camps. However, it was confirmed on the day itself that the Princess of Waleswould be joining her husband for the memorial, People reported. "Princess Kate's inclusion marks a significant and unexpected addition," the outlet explained.
Holocaust Memorial Day takes place annually on Jan. 27. The international memorial urges people around the world to "remember the 6 million Jews murdered during the Holocaust," per the Holocaust Memorial Day Trust. "We also commemorate the millions more people murdered through the Nazi persecution of other groups and in the more recent genocides recognized by the U.K. government, and the genocide in Darfur," the website explained.
