 PRESIDENT TINUBU CONGRATULATES MINISTER OF STATE FOR FOREIGN AFFAIRS AMBASSADOR ENIKANOLAIYE ON HIS BIRTHDAY   President Bola Tinubu has congratulated the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Sola Enikanolaiye, on his birthday.    A statement by Bayo Onanuga, Special Adviser to the President, Information and Strategy, indicates that the President describes Ambassador Enikanolaiye as a distinguished diplomat, accomplished administrator and dedicated public servant whose career reflects professionalism, patriotism and a deep commitment to Nigeria.   Ambassador Enikanolaiye served in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs from August 1982 to August 2017, rising through the ranks to become Permanent Secretary.  JONATHAN GOODLUCK DENIES 2027 PRESIDENTIAL COMEBACK 


Former President Goodluck Jonathan has denied online speculations that he will contest the 2027 presidential election.


Jonathan's spokesman, Ikechukwu Eze, said the former president has not declared his intention to stage a presidential comeback in 2027.


Eze also called on Nigerians to disregard an Instagram post calling for Nigerians to support his 2027 bid. 


The Instagram page bears Jonathan's name and shows him shaking the hands of US President Donald Trump in a seemingly AI-generated video.


“Former President Jonathan does not own an Instagram account,” Eze said. “He was not aware of this bid and did not authorise it."
