 NAF INTENSIFIES AIRPOWER CAMPAIGN, STRENGTHENS AIR PRESENCE IN SOKOTO TO DENY TERRORISTS FREEDOM OF ACTION The Nigerian Air Force (NAF) has intensified its airpower campaign against terrorism, banditry, kidnapping and other criminal activities across the North-West, with a strengthened air presence in Sokoto State to support ongoing joint security operations. The initiative reflects the Service’s determination to sustain pressure on hostile elements, enhance aerial surveillance and maintain the capacity for rapid response to emerging threats, while providing effective air support to ground forces operating within the Joint Operations Area. The strengthened air presence is particularly significant in the fight against asymmetric threats, where terrorists and bandits exploit difficult terrain, mobility and concealment to evade ground forces.  Bandits Abduct Rariya Hausa Newspaper Editor, Sani Ahmed, On Abuja-Kaduna Highway


A journalist and editor with the well-known Rariya Hausa online newspaper, Sani Ahmed, has been kidnapped by armed bandits while travelling from Abuja to Kaduna State.


SaharaReporters learned that Ahmed set out on Thursday evening for a programme in Kaduna. 


According to Comrade Yahaya Abdullahi of the Take-It-Back Movement, the journalist departed Abuja at about 8pm but, two hours later, sent a distress message indicating he had been abducted.


“Since that message at 10pm, we have heard nothing from him,” Abdullahi said. “We were together just on Sunday when he mentioned he would be attending a programme in Kaduna. Sadly, his last message only confirmed he was kidnapped.”


His current whereabouts remain unknown.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
