 Family and neighbors mourn woman shot by ICE agent after making Minneapolis her home  Before she was fatally shot by a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officer, 37-year-old Renee Good had just dropped her youngest child off at an elementary school in Minneapolis, the city she and her family had recently begun to call home. As Trump administration officials continued Thursday to describe Good as a domestic terrorist who tried to ram federal agents with her Honda Pilot, those who knew her remembered someone very different: a gentle, kind, and openhearted mother, wife, and neighbor. Good, her wife and her 6-year-old son had recently moved from Kansas City, Missouri, to a quiet Minneapolis neighborhood lined with older homes and small apartment buildings.  Man beats wife to death in Ekiti


A woman simply identified as Modupe Alasin has died after she was mercilessly beaten by her husband in Efon Alaaye, Ekiti State over lateness to farm.


According to a witness who pleaded anonymity, the woman screamed and begged for mercy as the husband flogged her repeatedly.


After a few minutes, the man ordered the woman to get water from the nearby stream but she slumped and died beside it as a result of weakness.


When contacted, the Public Relations Officer of Ekiti State Police Command, SP Sunday Abutu confirmed the incident, saying the husband had been arrested for further investigation.

 Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”. He said: “Our orders for four attack helicopters from the United States of America will take some time to arrive.
