 A priest in Anambra State wedded a couple yesterday, despite disputes with the bride’s father In a video circulating online, the Reverend Father narrated that The father of the bride who is from Nteje had insisted that the wedding should not take place unless his daughter swøre never to associate with his mother whom he has a quarrel with. The conflict arose from past marriage issues between the father and her mother. Before the wedding, the father repeatedly met with the priest, warning that he had already taken the bride's mother to a deity and that the girl must follow him to the shrine to appease that deity before the marriage can go on. For peace to prevail, the priest advised the couple to comply with all the father’s requests so the wedding could proceed, the priest even donated some of the items that the brides father told her to bring to use in appeasing the deity.  Update- Kentucky mother directed siblings to lie to authorities about the death of her 10-year-old son, Jayden Spicer. 


There are new disturbing revelations in the death of Jayden Spicer and subsequent arrest of his mother Felicia Gross.


Jayden Spicer was discovered Tuesday afternoon in a shallow grave after a week long search for the 10-year-old boy. His mom had initially told authorities Jayden had disappeared in his pajamas sometime between 9 p.m. on August 5th and 9:30 a.m. on August 6th.


However, under police scrutiny, Felicia's story began to fall apart and she eventually admitted to her involvement in Jayden's death and ultimately gave up the information which led them to find poor Jayden buried in a shallow grave.


Now, in a recent arrest citation, we have learned the manner of Jaydens passing and the lengths she went to deceive police.


According to those documents, Felicia gave Jayden a fatal dose of sleeping medication. She then took him to the rural area where he was discovered in a plastic tote and hastily "buried" him.


The documents go on to detail how Felicia Gross coached her other two children about what to say to police when questioned about Jayden's disappearance. 


Jayden's body has been remanded to the state medical examiners office for autopsy to reveal his exact cause of death.


His mother is charged with second-degree manslaughter. 


Our thoughts are with Jayden's loved ones and everyone who has been affected by this awful and senseless death.

 Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity.
