Russia launches massive drone and missile barrage on Ukraine, killing at least 18 civilians and striking Kyiv and multiple cities  Russia carried out a large-scale overnight assault on Ukraine, launching hundreds of drones and dozens of missiles that killed at least 18 civilians and wounded more than 100 others across multiple cities, officials said Tuesday. The strikes hit Kyiv, Dnipro and other regions, with emergency crews working through destroyed residential buildings where some victims were trapped under rubble. In Dnipro, rescuers recovered the bodies of a 3-year-old child and a mother and her 8-year-old son, while officials reported 12 deaths in the city and six in Kyiv.  “25 tenants owe me ₦287m rent for 3 years, yet they dragged me to court for threatening their lives” — Isaac Fayose

Businessman Isaac Fayose has taken to social media to lament his ongoing battle with tenants who he claims have refused to pay rent for over three years.

In a video shared from Abuja Zone 6 court, Fayose said his tenants—about 25 of them occupying 24 flats and a restaurant in his estate—owe him a staggering ₦287 million in rent.

According to him, instead of paying up, the tenants filed a case against him alleging he threatened their lives.

Fayose further revealed he has already spent ₦48 million in legal fees across five different courts since the dispute began.

He blamed the weak judiciary for enabling the situation, saying constant adjournments have given the tenants room to continue avoiding payment.

“Can you stay abroad in someone’s house for over three years without paying rent and still be dragging the owner to court? This is what we go through in this country,” Fayose lamented.
