 LASG PRESENTS STAFF OF OFFICE TO NEW ONIȘẸ OF ISE KINGDOM The Lagos State Government has presented the Staff of Office and Instrument of Appointment to Prince Ibrahim Adebowale Saliu, as His Royal Majesty, Alaiyeluwa Oba Ibrahim Adebowale Saliu, the Onise of Ise Kingdom in Lekki Local Government Area. The presentation was performed on Friday, August 21, 2026, by the Special Adviser to the Governor on Rural Development, Dr. Nurudeen Yekinni Agbaje, alongside the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Local Government, Chieftaincy Affairs and Rural Development, Mrs. Kikelomo Bolarinwa, with the approval of the Lagos State Governor, Mr. Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu and the Lagos State Executive Council, following the demise of the late Oba Ganiu Adebowale Adegbesan, Onise of Ise Kingdom.  Sinclair refuses to air Kimmel’s show even as it returns to ABC 

Sinclair Broadcast Group will continue pre-empting “Jimmy Kimmel Live” on its ABC affiliate stations, even as ABC prepares to bring the show back on Tuesday.

In a statement Monday evening, Sinclair said it will replace the program with news programming while discussions with ABC continue over the show’s potential return. The decision comes as Sinclair weighs a possible divestiture of its local broadcast stations, which would require regulatory approval.

It remains unclear whether other major broadcast groups, like Nexstar—which recently announced it would pull the show from its lineup—will follow Sinclair’s lead. Nexstar, the largest local station owner in the U.S., is in the process of acquiring Tegna, the fourth-largest broadcaster, in a $6.2 billion all-cash deal.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
