 PRESIDENT TINUBU CONGRATULATES MINISTER OF STATE FOR FOREIGN AFFAIRS AMBASSADOR ENIKANOLAIYE ON HIS BIRTHDAY   President Bola Tinubu has congratulated the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Sola Enikanolaiye, on his birthday.    A statement by Bayo Onanuga, Special Adviser to the President, Information and Strategy, indicates that the President describes Ambassador Enikanolaiye as a distinguished diplomat, accomplished administrator and dedicated public servant whose career reflects professionalism, patriotism and a deep commitment to Nigeria.   Ambassador Enikanolaiye served in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs from August 1982 to August 2017, rising through the ranks to become Permanent Secretary.  2 ARRESTED IN KOGI FOR ALLEGEDLY SUPPLYING FOOD, LOGISTICS TO BANDITS

Security operatives in Yagba West Local Government Area of Kogi State have arrested two men accused of supplying food and other essential items to bandits reportedly hiding in a nearby forest.


The suspects, identified as Abayo David and David Bori, both from Itedo-Ijowa, Isanlu in Yagba East LGA, were apprehended around 4:00 a.m. on Wednesday by members of the Yagba West Hunters and Vigilante Group during a routine patrol.


According to reports, the operatives recovered various items suspected to be intended for criminal gangs operating within the forest. The suspects are currently in custody as investigations continue.
