So Linus Williams (Blord) has been released from Kuje prison after fulfilling his bail conditions, finally, freedom after a few weeks in custody. However, here’s the current position of his case:  He is still expected to show up and stand his trial.  If he fails to appear in court even for one day, his bail can be revoked and a bench warrant may be issued against him, meaning a return to Kuje. If the prosecution cannot prove the charges against him, he will be discharged and acquitted. If the prosecution proves the charges, he may be sentenced and sent back to Kuje. I think he should seek a peaceful resolution to the case. Congrats to him on his freedom for now.

Gov. Uba Sani Meets APC Stakeholders To Strengthen Party Unity

Kaduna State Governor, Senator Uba Sani, CON, has met with stakeholders of the All Progressives Congress (APC) from Kaduna Zone Two in a strategic engagement aimed at strengthening party unity, reinforcing internal cohesion, and repositioning the party for sustained relevance and future electoral success.

The meeting, which was well attended, provided a platform for reflection, renewal, and constructive dialogue among party leaders.

Discussions focused on reviewing the party’s progress, identifying areas requiring renewed attention, and aligning strategies to better serve the people of Kaduna State.

Governor Sani urged party members to remain united, disciplined, and committed to the shared ideals of the APC, emphasizing that unity remains the party’s greatest strength.

He also called for active participation in the ongoing APC electronic membership registration exercise to deepen grassroots engagement and strengthen party structures.

The governor later received members of the Kaduna State APC E-Registration Committee, who briefed him on the progress of the exercise across the state.

He expressed satisfaction with the level of turnout, noting that Kaduna State is on course to achieve its target of 2.5 million registered members within days of the commencement of the exercise.

Governor Sani said the progress recorded reflects growing public confidence in the APC and aligns with the Renewed Hope Agenda of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR.

He also acknowledged commendations from stakeholders on his administration’s commitment to fairness, equity, justice, peace, and security, as well as ongoing efforts to rebuild public trust in governance.
