Marilyn Manson's sexual assault case by former assistant reinstated under new California law A previously dismissed sexual assault case against Marilyn Manson, filed by former assistant Ashley Walters, was revived Monday in Los Angeles Superior Court under a new California law extending the statute of limitations for certain sexual abuse claims. Judge Steve Cochran granted Walters’ motion for reconsideration, vacating his December 2025 ruling that had dismissed the case and allowing it to proceed toward trial. The original suit, first filed in 2021, accused Manson, whose legal name is Brian Warner, of sexual harassment, sexual battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and wrongful termination based on her time working for him in 2010–2011. Previous attempts to move the case forward were blocked because the claims were made years after the alleged incidents, with courts initially ruling that the delayed discovery doctrine did not apply. INDIAN OUTFIT FOR HARVEST THANKSGIVING+MY COMPLETE SUNDAY LOOK.{PHOTOS}

     On sunday,the Catholic Church I do attend,celebrated their Harvest thanksgiving and Bazaar.It was a joint service { 8am Mass} for those that like attending 6:30am and 9:am mass.The church was filled up to the brim and everybody wore their best.I decided to wear a wine red blouse with gold and some white details.Yes it is an Indian blouse because It was bought in Indian.I wore a short wig so that I can show off my large Indian earings and necklace that have a similar pattern details on my blouse.I wore a black long suade skirt so that the wine blouse will be the center of attraction.I wore a gold stud wedge open toe half shoe,then carried a gold stud purse to match the gold wedge heels.The funny thing is that I have the blue version of this wine and gold stud blouse lol.I really danced on sunday that was why I wore a comfortable shoe because after the Mass/service we all stayed behind for the reception.Those that wore sky high heels were all running back to their cars or houses to change their shoes,meanwhile I knew I might not be comfortable so I planned ahead.More photos below.

 Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”. He said: “Our orders for four attack helicopters from the United States of America will take some time to arrive.
