 COURT RESTRAINS RESIDENT DOCTORS FROM EMBARKING ON STRIKE  The national industrial court Abuja division has restrained all members and agents of the national association of resident doctors from calling, directing, organizing, participating in, and embarking upon any form of industrial action.  Justice Emmanuel Danjuma Subilim gave the order in an interim injunction filed by the federal government through the office of the attorney general of the federation and minister of justice.  The court temporally barred members of the association from embarking on any form of strike, work stoppages, go-slows, picketing, or any other form of industrial protest or disruption. The association is equally restrained from taking steps preparatory to any form of industrial action from the 12th day of january, 2026. BENUE HOUSE OF ASSEMBLY CLERK IN DETENTION OVER N220M FRAUD.#PRESS RELEASE.

     The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, is investigating Mr. Torese Agena, Clerk of the Benue State House of Assembly for alleged case of fraud, stealing and misappropriation of public funds to the tune of over N220,000,000 (Two Hundred and Twenty Million Naira).
The Clerk is currently in detention on a valid remand warrant obtained from the Federal High Court, Makurdi.
He will be charged to court as soon as investigation is completed.
Meanwhile, wife of the suspect, Mrs Agena Terngu and her two daughters, Terfa- Mamadu Ngweavese and Agena Suur created spectacle on Friday, January 17, 2020, at the Makurdi Zonal office of the Commission when they attacked some officers inside the EFCC.
The wife and two children who came on a visit ended up assaulting two mobile policemen on duty and giving the third, a human bite on his left arm and tried to run down another with their car while trying to escape.
They were however handed over to the police for onward prosecution while the Clerk of the State House of Assembly will be arraigned as soon as investigation is concluded.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.  Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”. He said: “Our orders for four attack helicopters from the United States of America will take some time to arrive.
