 71-year-old landlord arrested for impregnating tenant’s teenage daughter The Ogun State Police Command said it had arrested a septuagenarian landlord, identified simply as Adesina, for allegedly defiling and impregnating his tenant’s 14-year-old girl (name withheld) at Akegbeyale Street in Ifesowapo Akute, Ifo Local Government Area of the state. PUNCH Metro learnt that the residents and other tenants were thrown into a state of shock when the septuagenarian suspect was found on Tuesday, April 9, 2024, having sexual intercourse with the 14-year-old girl at about 10:15 pm in the house bathroom. The minor, according to a police source who was part of the team that arrested the 71-year-old suspect but was not permitted to speak for the command, was said to have made her way to the apartment’s bathroom to take a shower. KADUNA: LIVES LOST,HOUSES BURNT IN ATTACK IN ZANGON KATAF LGA.{PHOTO}.#PRESS RELEASE.

KDSG Security Update: Friday 5th November 2021. 


Lives lost, houses burnt in attack in Zangon Kataf LGA. 


The military and police authorities have informed the Kaduna State Government of attacks in two locations, Yagbak and Ungwan Ruhugo, in Zangon Kataf LGA. 


According to the reports, some people have been killed, and others injured, while some houses were burnt in both locations. 


The Kaduna State Government appeals to residents to remain calm, as detailed reports are being awaited from the military, the police and the DSS at both locations. Further updates will be made available to the public once these are confirmed. 


The Governor who condemned the attacks, prayed for the repose of the souls affected, and directed the State Emergency Management Agency (SEMA) to carry out immediate assessment and provide relief materials to the communities.

Namtira Bwala has threatened to file a lawsuit against the school authorities if her abusers are not punished within 48 hours. In a letter drafted by her lawyers, Deji Adeyanju and Co, Namtira asked the school authorities to immediately investigate and pronounce the stiffest punishments in the student’s rule book on Ms.Maryam Hassan, Miss Faliya, and nine other students who bullied her.
