 Anthony Fauci invokes Fifth Amendment during Senate hearing on COVID-19 origins and pandemic response questions     Dr. Anthony Fauci invoked his Fifth Amendment rights Wednesday during a Senate hearing, refusing to answer questions about the COVID-19 pandemic, its origins and his actions while leading the nation’s response. Fauci appeared before the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee as lawmakers examined issues surrounding the pandemic and his former role as director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases. In his opening remarks, Fauci said he made the decision on the advice of his attorneys, despite his long history of cooperating with Congress.   The big moment for fashion fans arrived on The Blue Carpet of MET Gala 2025 and above are some of the Nigerians that made it to the Gala. 


Like every year at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York, it meets an impressive crowd of actors, musicians, models, designers and more... on the occasion of the Spring Exhibition of the Costume Institute.


This year, the event celebrates with “Superfine: Tailoring Black Style”, the sample that can be visited from May 10 to October 26, 2025.


The new exhibit highlights the importance of clothing and style in shaping Black identities in the Atlantic Diaspora, and will be organized by the 12 characteristics of dandism black.
