South Korean police seek arrest warrant for Hybe chairman Bang Si-Hyuk over alleged $100 million investor fraud scheme    South Korean police are seeking an arrest warrant for Bang Si-Hyuk, the billionaire music executive behind K-pop powerhouse Hybe and BTS, as part of an expanding investigation into allegations that he improperly benefited from an investor scheme involving more than $100 million. Authorities said they have asked prosecutors to pursue a court warrant for Bang’s arrest as they continue probing claims that he misled investors in 2019.  I didn’t get into politics to enrich myself – El-Rufai warns against voting APC

Former Kaduna State Governor, Nasir El-Rufai, has disclosed that he got into politics to serve humanity and not to enrich himself.

El-Rufai made the remark while urging Nigerians to sack the All Progressives Congress, APC, in 2027.

He spoke while mobilizing youths to support the opposition coalition in Sokoto State on Saturday.

El-Rufai noted that APC posed a risk to Nigeria’s unity, hence should not be allowed to remain in power in 2027.

The key member of the opposition coalition described the APC as “incompetent and clannish,” stressing that it poses a threat to Nigeria’s unity by remaining in power.

He said: “I didn’t get into politics to enrich myself but to serve. And when a government ceases to serve the people, it is my duty as a senior citizen to not only speak out but take action to reverse the situation.”

The opposition coalition had adopted the African Democratic Congress as it moves to ensure the APC doesn’t return to power in 2027.
