 A popular content creator has died from surgery complication     Esther Thomas, popularly known as Sunshine, was a Nigerian content creator, skit maker, and brand influencer. She died on Friday, 9 January 2026, after complications from fibroid surgery. She had been complaining of serious stomach pain from late December 2025.     Sunshine was first admitted at Orchid General Hospital in Lagos, where her friends said she was only given pain relief drugs because doctors were on strike. Her condition did not improve, so she was moved to another hospital on 2 January 2026, where tests showed she had a large fibroid and surgery was carried out. She later developed complications and died. After her death, friends blamed Orchid General Hospital online, saying she was neglected and did not receive proper treatment early enough.  Lady Arrested in Nnewi for luring her friends out to rapists


A lady (Name withheld)has been arrested by Some members of Nnewichi Vigilantee for pimping her friend out to rapists.


According to a report,  the lady lured her friend out to some men who rape.d  her turn by turn. .

After pimping her friend out to these men, she disappeared.


Her friend ( the victim) , feeling betrayed tried to contact her but she wasn't reachable and has since been on the run. The victim now reported the case to the security operatives who went in search for her .


After days of intense search for her, she was later arrested by a popular Vigilantee in Nnewichi known as Akaji, they spotted her somewhere around St Marks Nnewichi and didn’t waste time in arresting her .


The report didn't reveal the current situation of the boys who gang rap€d the innocent girl but hopefully they will all be arrested too.

 Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”. He said: “Our orders for four attack helicopters from the United States of America will take some time to arrive.
