 NDC STATEMENT ON COURT RULING Our attention has been drawn to a ruling by the Federal High Court sitting in Lokoja this morning, wherein His Lordship, Honourable Justice Isah Dashen, gave a ruling on an application filed by an unregistered association known as Peace Movement Party. The public knows that by December 2025, the Nigeria Democratic Congress  as an association complained of INEC’s refusal to register us as a political party, whereupon we proceeded to the Federal High Court. The Federal High Court upheld our constitutional right to freedom of association under the Constitution and compelled INEC to register us, which INEC did. Since then, we have started political activities, embarked on the registration of members, held congresses from ward to national levels, held conventions, and concluded primaries to all offices following INEC’s timetable.  Hailey Bieber reacts to claims she deserves an apology for years of hate


Hailey Bieber recently addressed online chatter after fans suggested she deserves an apology for the years of criticism she’s endured. 


On April 22, she posted on Instagram, dismissing the idea of apologies by saying therapy had already helped her move forward. 


Her response came after viral comments praised her as a “girls’ girl,” a stark contrast to the “mean girl” label she’s often faced from internet trolls.


The renewed conversation followed her appearance at Coachella, where she was spotted helping Billie Eilish on stage during Justin Bieber’s performance. 


Fans flooded social media with positive reactions, calling Hailey supportive and kind. This shift in perception is notable given the backlash she first faced in 2015 when she briefly dated Justin during his break from Selena Gomez. 


Although Justin and Selena reunited before splitting for good in 2018, Hailey and Justin married later that year, sparking ongoing comparisons and speculation.


Over the years, rumors of tension between Hailey and Gomez have surfaced, particularly after social media posts involving Kylie Jenner fueled speculation of shade. 


Both Jenner and Gomez denied any drama, with Gomez even defending Hailey against online hate. Hailey later thanked Gomez for speaking out, emphasizing their efforts to move past the narrative of rivalry. 


Despite the ups and downs, Hailey’s recent actions and Gomez’s public support highlight a more positive turn in their relationship and public perception.
