Gov. Uba Sani Announces Fresh Appointments
Kaduna State has approved the appointment of several advisers, board chairmen, and senior special assistants as part of efforts to strengthen governance and accelerate development across the state.
The appointments were disclosed in a statement issued on Saturday by the Governor’s Chief Press Secretary, Malam Ibraheem Musa.
According to the statement, the new appointees were selected to bring experience, innovation, and professionalism into key sectors of government service.
Among those appointed are Balarabe Muhammad Bello as Counsellor on Infrastructure and Danlami Adamu as Special Adviser on Peace and Conflict Resolution.
Esther Ashievelli Dawaki was named General Manager of the Kaduna State Community and Social Development Agency, while Muhammad Abubakar Mamadi will serve as Special Adviser on Political Matters.
Others include Yusuf Salihu as Special Adviser on Urban Planning and Development, Yahaya Baba Pate as Special Adviser on Special Duties, Abdulrahman Ibrahim as Special Adviser on Citizenship and Leadership, and Hamza Ibrahim as Special Adviser on Primary Healthcare Matters.
The governor also appointed Muutasim Billah Yusuf as Special Adviser on Debt Management and Bashir Idris Aliyu as Special Adviser on Agricultural Development.
Tanko Bajo Kokwain was named Board Chairman of the Kaduna State Schools Quality Assurance Authority, while Shehu Usman Dantudu will head the Kaduna Market Development and Management Company as Board Chairman.
In addition, Samson Monday Dikko was appointed Senior Special Assistant on Community Engagement III, Edward John Auta as Senior Special Assistant on Industrial Training and Development, Amanda Tanko Usman as Senior Special Assistant on Contact and Mobilisation II, Alhassan Mando as Senior Special Assistant on Special Duties III, and Zubairu Usman Abdullahi as Senior Special Assistant on Stakeholder Relations III.
The statement noted that the appointees are expected to use their expertise to support the administration’s development agenda and improve service delivery across the state.
Governor Sani congratulated the new officials and urged them to carry out their responsibilities with transparency, dedication, and integrity.
The government also reaffirmed its commitment to people-focused policies and sustainable development in Kaduna State.
