ZIMBABWEAN COUPLE DEPORTED OVER SECRET BURIAL OF CHILD IN BOTSWANA.(PHOTO)
Crew members with Patriot Portable Restrooms were in the process of checking all of the port-a-pottys to ensure they were empty. This is a routine action before having the port-a-pottys towed away.
The port-a-pottys in question had been provided for the World Cup Games that had been hosted in Kansas City, Missouri.
As crews went to each port-a-potty and knocked, it seemed like a normal day with the company until they knocked on a locked port-a-potty door. The worker called out and received no response. He then gave the typical 10 minute warning for the person to leave the port-a-potty.
After waiting 10 minutes and still no response from the occupant behind the locked door, the worker flagged down an officer with Kansas City PD.
Once an officer became involved, the occupant did answer but replied that he couldn't reach the door to get out.
Both the employee and officer teamed up to pry the door open.
Once they gained entry, the two were momentarily stunned. The inside of the port-a-potty was completely empty. Seconds later, the mystery would be solved when a head poked up out of the toilet bowl.
Kansas City fire fighters would ultimately be called out to rescue the man. They used saws to make the opening big enough to pull the man out.
Once out of the storage tank, the man shared the bewildering story of how he ended up there. According to the victim, he had dropped a Mt. Dew bottle in the tank the previous evening. As he leaned over to attempt to retrieve his bottle, he had slipped completely into the tank.
He claimed he had been in the tank for over 8 hours. After rescuing the man, fire fighters used water from their trucks to hose the man down.
Despite the strange predicament, the man did not suffer any major injuries.
