  Viola Davis Rejects Target’s Apology Over “Blackface” Halloween Costume Viola Davis has rejected Target’s apology after the retailer pulled a controversial kids’ Halloween costume that critics said evoked racist minstrel and blackface imagery. Target removed the $25 "Kids' Glows Under Blacklight Circus Clown" costume from its Hyde and EEK! Boutique line after backlash over the design’s exaggerated features, which many linked to Jim Crow-era minstrel and blackface tropes. The retailer took down the item and issued an apology, saying they “got this wrong” and acknowledging the deep hurt caused to Black customers and employees. Davis, however, turned down the apology. Gigi Hadid and Bradley Cooper spark marriage speculation after wearing matching rings in Paris 


Gigi Hadid and Bradley Cooper are the subject of marriage speculation after reports claimed they quietly married in New York several weeks ago.


According to The Sun, sources said the couple, who have been together for three years, recently held a dinner celebration in New York that was believed by some attendees to be connected to a wedding.


The reports gained further attention after Hadid, 31, and Cooper, 51, were photographed in Paris wearing what appeared to be matching rings on their wedding fingers while Cooper was filming the Ocean's Eleven prequel.


Page Six Style reported that the rings are Boucheron designs. Hadid was said to be wearing the Quatre Radiant Edition Wedding Band, while Cooper appeared to be wearing the brand's Godron Pink Gold Wedding Band.


The jewellery pieces are marketed by the brand as wedding bands and symbols of commitment, adding to the speculation.


Neither Hadid nor Cooper has publicly confirmed reports that they are married.
