 Olivia Culpo & Christian McCaffrey welcome second child – name, gender, & birth date revealed Big news for Olivia Culpo and Christian McCaffrey they've welcomed baby No. 2! The couple shared the happy announcement together on Instagram on Saturday, October 10th. They introduced their baby boy, who arrived last week and is named Roman Augustus McCaffrey, born on September 29th. In their joint post, the proud parents shared a bunch of sweet photos of their newborn son. Olivia, 34, and Christian, 30, have been together since 2019, got engaged in 2023, and tied the knot in Rhode Island in June 2024.  They became parents for the first time with daughter Colette Annalise in July 2025, announced they were expecting again in May, and now their family of four is officially here!

  The Lagos State Government and the Magodo Residents Association have reached common grounds on contents of the review of Magodo Residential Scheme II Plan. Speaking at the Stakeholders' meeting held at the Magodo Community Hall on Friday, the Commissioner for Physical Planning and Urban Development, Dr. Idris Salako said that after several meetings, the two sides finally agreed to leave the estate as residential with no mixed developments, while those who had converted their uses would revert to the status quo. He said it was also agreed, among others, that no development would be tolerated on Magodo wetlands and CMD Road will remain mixed-use, while its other side is recovered as a buffer zone for the Expressway.   “Rai da Cuta” (Life & sickness) by Maryam Umar has won this year’s BBC Hausa short story contest for women. Maryam is a 20 year old student studying law at Usman Danfodio University, Sokoto. Umar tells the story of Azima whose husband returns from a trip exhibiting all the symptoms of Covid-19. Although his wife is heavily pregnant, he refuses to isolate himself and remains in denial of the disease. Azima locks him in a room but soon finds out she has already contracted Covid-19 from her husband. This leads to the loss of her baby and a long battle for her life.   THE DISCOVERED DEAD KIDS IN NSUKKA, ENUGU STATE. INTRODUCTION On Sunday, 22nd November 2020, by 9am, 5 children had set out to fetch water at a compound at Itchi, in Igbo-Eze South LGA, (in Igbo Nsukka) Enugu state. When the they couldn't return, people went to search for them. Their wheelbarrow and containers were seen in the compound where they went to fetch the water. The search for the children lasted throughout the night of that Sunday until 3am on Monday when searchers retired, to start the search in the morning. It was in the morning of the Monday, 23rd that these children (below 11 years) were found in a car packed in the same compound where they had gone to fetch the water. 3 of the 5 children had died, while the remaining 2 were very weak. The police was alerted immediately, who took the dead bodies and the surviving ones.
