Blaming opposition for hunger is ‘delusion’, Atiku tells Tinubu Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar has accused President Bola Tinubu of blaming the opposition for the country’s economic hardship. He said the President was trying to evade responsibility for his administration’s policies. Tinubu had earlier on Saturday blamed his political opponents for hunger and poverty in the country while speaking at the All Progressives Congress presidential campaign flag-off in Kaduna. “I hear my opponent talking about hunger, poverty. Who created it? They did! They created the hunger, they created the poverty. We are trying to eradicate it,” the President said. Atiku, the presidential candidate of the African Democratic Congress, said Nigerians were entitled to demand answers from the APC-led government over rising living costs, poverty, insecurity and questions surrounding public expenditure. In a statement issued on Saturday by the Director of Strategic Communication of the ADC Presidential Ca...

The court in the lead judgment delivered by Justice John Inyang Okoro held that Omo-Agege, a former Deputy Senate President failed woefully to establish that the election was invalid for alleged corrupt malpractices. Justice Okoro said that none of the allegations against the March 18, 2023 election was established as required by law. While Oborevwori scored 360,234 votes to win the governorship election, his closest rival, Omo-Agege of the APC polled 240,229 votes. The Supreme Court rejected the plea by Omo-Agege that the election be nullified on the allegations that the election was not conducted in substantial compliance with the provisions of the Electoral Act. New homeowners in Colorado make a startling discovery on Friday afternoon in a cooler while cleaning out the home. The unidentified buyers had recently bought the home in Grand Junction. While clearing an old cooler from the front yard they removed a black bag from inside of it.  When the homeowners were attempting to see what was inside of the bag, a human head fell out of it. Police were notified and the Mesa County Sheriff's Department is treating it as a possible homicide. However they don't believe there is a threat to the community, saying it's likely an isolated event. A neighbor said a mother and son had lived at the home previously and had moved out the day it was sold. Officials say that the son was taking care of his mother and they really never had anyone at their house. More photos below.

Algerian supporters stayed behind to clean their stands at the stadium, after their AFCON game against Angola. You see ,when you value your environment, your environment will respond positively to you. I still don't understand why people think is OK to eat and drink and throw it on the flour, leaving it for an imaginary cleaner to come clean it for them. After eating and drinking,  learn to dispose properly.  One more photo below.
